17 Feb Larissa and Billy – Jenners Barn

St Anne’s Church, Whelford and Jenners Barn.

The day for me started at a lovely little cottage in Fairford surrounded by Larissa’s bridal party getting ready, often a daunting prospect for a male photographer it could not have been further from that. Welcomed with the offer of a hot drink or Prosecco and a croissant I knew this was going to be a memorable day. I was made to feel as though I was a guest and that relaxed feeling in the cottage for me certainly made for much some truly lovely photographs.

The gem of a church of St Anne’s was a fantastic find, located smack bang in the middle of family and friends it was a beautiful setting for the ceremony and with the sun shining everyone was in high spirits, smiles all round.

It was a short hop to Jenners Barn whilst Larissa and Billy rode in style in a gorgeous blue VW camper by VW‘do’Weddings. Another brilliant find this venue offered a fantastic space outside with sweeping vistas of lush green trees and large blue skies, perfect whilst enjoying the sunshine and sipping Pimms.

I took Larissa and Billy off to give them some quality time together whilst I snapped away, it did start to rain, lightly, but that added an unexpected twist to the photos and made for a fun time for them both.
