17 Feb Carla and Owen – Festival wedding

A festival wedding in a field in Cranham, Gloucestershire.

This was my first outdoor wedding held in the beautiful village of Cranham, just outside of Stroud. A beautiful village and a wonderful venue; there was an amazing feeling of being in touch with nature throughout the day, very different than your normal church wedding day.

It was an absolute pleasure to photograph the day for Owen and Carla; they were so much fun, as were all the guests. To be honest it didn’t really feel like work at all, everyone was so relaxed, it was clear that they were there to not only celebrate the marriage of these two wonderful people but to have fun too, that was without a doubt what Owen and Carla wanted for everyone.

In true festival fashion the celebrations went on for the whole weekend, with a variety of live music, hog roasts and plenty of merriment.
